Hawaiian Airlines’ consistent leadership in customer service was reinforced by the results of today’s U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Air Travel Consumer Report, highlighted by the nation’s #1 rankings for all of 2007 in on-time performance and baggage service.

It was the fourth consecutive year that Hawaiian has produced the U.S. airline industry’s best on-time record, and the third straight year that Hawaii’s biggest and longest-serving airline has led the nation’s carriers in baggage service.
